told him I’ve been trying to talk to everyone but the fact remained that a service they provided was not functioning properly and instead of offering some type of compensation at the very least I’m told there’s nothing they can do and that “well everything works fine over here” even though I have photo proof that it’s not. I get into contact with their customer service explaining the situation but he insisted I was wrong and that there was nothing wrong on their end and that I need to go to the payment provider. I tried to buy the pack multiple times but it kept giving me the same error message and I took pictures. then I check my receipt and find I had been charged 50$ ! I know how this sounds that I made a mistake of some sort. go back to the 10$ pack and try to purchase and it is not working again. it did not go through so i played game like normal. So a whole debacle happened where I tried to purchase a 10$ pack for the event.
